It’s an electric chair, but for lobsters.

When I sat down in front of my feed aggregator this afternoon, I wasn’t expecting to be confronted with the perfect tool for electrocuting crustaceans. But I was.

. . . the “CrustaStun,” a two-thousand dollar device for restaurants that will electrocute any lobster placed in its briny death chamber in just five seconds.

I have heard the desperate scream of steam running through a living lobster’s shell. Somehow, though, this option doesn’t seem any better.
