Because Human Babies Don’t Look Enough Like Plastic Dolls

Pageant Photo Retouching exists to make babies and small children look like dolls. Because everyone knows that expectations to adhere to stringent beauty standards that idolize unnatural and inhuman features must be made clear at birth.

Changes made include “skin tanned,” “lashes added,” and “brows shaped,” among many others. I pity the parent that finds the “enhanced” version of their photo more appealing than the original.

Now that is just un-frackin’-natural. Gives me the creeps. Like something out of a horror movie. Much prettier in the *before* shot.
