Wake Up Call

I’m not even 20 pages into Blue Gold: The Fight to Stop the Corporate Theft of the World’s Water, and already I’m having daytime nightmares and visions of the apocalypse (that is to say, more than usual).

Did you know that, if the rate at which we’re consuming fresh water doesn’t change, we’ll have exactly, oh, I dunno, NONE AT ALL left in 100 years?

ACK.

Anyway, book recommended.

Okay, I know we say this everyday, but we really, REALLY do need to start stocking up.

Let’s take as many gallons as we can fit in the cars when we go up for the birthday bash. Jessie’s trunk is pretty big.
