Public Hearings Set to Discuss Desert Rock Power Plant

For background on the Desert Rock Power Plant issue, see this earlier post.

Ten public hearings have been scheduled for July, starting on the 17th. These hearings are excellent opportunities for opponents of the project to voice their concerns and support clean land, water, air, and respect for all the people and communities whose health and general wellbeing the plant threatens to endanger.

Check out the Desert Rock Blog for a listing of the scheduled hearings, or submit your comments here.
