Have you seen a green Chevy Impala with Indiana plates?
Specifically license plate number 93-L4740. If you do, call 911 immediately. The car belongs to Eddie Harrington, who kidnapped three children — a three-year-old boy and one-year-old twin girls. They have not been tracked down and Harrington has allegedly threaten to kill the kids. They went missing them from Columbus, GA and might be in or around Indianapolis.
